Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To provide the best service, we are scheduling longer appointments with each client. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide sufficient notice.
Booking Terms (Applies to Appointments Made Through Boulevard or Our Front Desk):
Color & Texturizing Services: You may cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time without a charge.
Haircuts & Blowdries: You may cancel, reschedule, or modify your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time without a charge.
Fees for Late Cancellations & Rescheduling:
72-48 hours before (for color & texturizing) / 48-24 hours before (for haircuts & blowdries): A 50% charge of the scheduled service(s) will apply.
Appointments over 4 hours: Cancellations or reschedules within 72-48 hours will be charged 100% of the service.
Less than 48-24 hours before your appointment or no-show: You will be charged 100% of the service.
This policy also applies to appointments booked within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Reminders & Arrival Time:
You will receive confirmation messages 3 days prior to your appointment via SMS and email, using the contact details provided.
For the best experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.
